Dillon Croce

Director and Support Provider at Thrive Support Services, I have a background in education and community engagement, with experience supporting both young people and adults living with diverse needs. My approach is grounded in respect, consistency, and a strong belief in person-centred practice. I established Thrive to create a service where individuals feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered in their daily lives. Whether it is building everyday routines, encouraging independence, or creating safe spaces for meaningful connection, my focus is always on walking alongside each person and delivering support that reflects their goals, identity, and unique strengths.

Shenae Hartigan

Shenae is a Support Worker at Thrive Support Services and is currently studying a Bachelor of Education. She has a strong passion for music and supported therapies, which she uses to build connection, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Her approach is grounded in patience and kindness, and she is known for her calm, positive nature and her ability to meet challenges with warmth and a genuine smile. Shenae focuses on walking alongside each individual, supporting everyday routines, encouraging independence, and creating safe, meaningful spaces that reflect each person’s goals, identity, and strengths.

Julia is a Support Worker at Thrive Support Services and is currently studying a Bachelor of Education. She also works as an Education Support staff member in a secondary school, bringing strong experience in supporting young people within structured learning environments. Julia has a genuine love for sport and uses this interest to build engagement, confidence, and positive relationships. She has a broad background working with individuals across a wide range of ages and support needs, and is known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and calm approach. Julia focuses on supporting everyday routines, encouraging independence, and creating supportive, inclusive spaces where individuals feel motivated, capable, and understood.

Jaxon Daw

Jaxon is a qualified school teacher with a Bachelor of Education, bringing a wealth of knowledge, structure, and understanding to the support he provides. His background in education allows him to support participants with skill development, confidence building, and creating positive learning experiences in everyday settings. With a strong passion for sport, health, and fitness, Jax loves incorporating movement and active lifestyles into his supports. Whether it’s building physical confidence, developing routine, or simply getting out and enjoying the community, he brings great energy to every session. Jax is someone who leads by example, creating a supportive, motivating, and engaging environment for every participant he works with.

Ruby Jobson

Ruby brings a naturally warm and friendly approach, with a strong ability to connect with people of all ages. She has a background in customer service and youth engagement, and is known for her patience, reliability, and genuine care for others. Her experience working with children, along with her positive and energetic personality, allows her to build strong, meaningful relationships and create a safe and supportive environment for participants. At Thrive, we value people who lead with empathy, and Ruby truly embodies that in everything she does. We are so excited to have her on this journey with us.
